As the Founder, this company was created out of my own necessity. After going natural for over 10 years I still did not have much hair growth. Out of boredom, I decided to color my hair. Color and my afro did not agree with my hair texture. It began shedding like crazy. I was hurt because natural hair is a lot of work. I'd been natural for years, and my hair was a mess. Uneven and dry.

At that point in my life, I never wore weaves and tried cornrowed extensions during my transition phase from permed hair to natural hair. One month into wearing the braids my edges began to fade away. Needless to say I stopped the braids.  After years of chasing long hair of my own, I decided to get a weave. I knew a traditional sew in weave would not agree with my fragile soft but dry hair texture. I began looking for a sew in weave alternative.
